unintentional glamping

'rica and i ventured to Ft. Stevens State Park on the Oregon coast this weekend.  we were praying for an open yurt when we finally got to the ranger station.  we ended up with a cabin.  "it's number 11.  you'll really like it!!!", ranger lady told us.

she wasn't lying!  two rooms! comfy futon! refrigerator! bathroom and shower!!!  there were deer tracks right outside our porch, ferns and mushrooms.....treat yourself!

we also went to astoria.  i had never been but now i am certain that i am, in fact, a goonie for life.
